Mycoplasma Gallisepticum Infection, chronic respiratory disease (CRD) in Broiler Poultry Syptoms, Prevention and Treatment diagnose

CRD Chronic Respiratory Disease  is a disease of chicks, chicken and other poultry (ducks, turkeys and geese) in which birds feel difficulty in breathing. Its belongs to the Mycoplasma gallisepticum. MG is a bacterial infection. This bacteria is responsible for the damage of the poultry birds respiratory system.

CRD Syptoms

1 There will be a sound come out from poultry

when they breath.
2  Yours birds will snizz by moving there neck right, left or downward.
3  In some cases poultry  birds with CRD starts lame.
4  Swelling in mouth & eyes.
5  In postmasterm the birds have a white membrane on there liver and there will be sputum in there throat.
6. Nasal discharge.
7.  Chronic respiratory disease effected bird will be looks like a healthy bird but when you put it up you

Prevention

1. Donot allow to  the unauthorized person (other poutry farmer and slughters) to come in yours poultry or chicken shed.
2. Buy the chicks from the high ranked hatcheries.
3. Give them herbal antibiotics dose 24 hours after vaccine (IBD) because after vaccine there are more chances of CRD in poultry.
4. Also give them them a herbal antibiotic dose after 2nd- 3th day of yours baby chicks to prevent the hatchery and transportational bacterial.
5. Use of antibiotic spray regularly in poultry.

Treatment

There are a lot of medicine which are used to treat CRD. But i will discuss some of them which i used in my chicks. First of all you should need to keep your chicken management of high level, so that you can prevent  birds from the diseases. If there is a need of antibiotics, you should have to go with the herbals antibiotics, and if the condition becomes very critical, then you can use one from the following antibiotics.

1.Tylocin Tertrate
2.Enrofloxacin
3. Doxycycline

Note:- Use Liver tonic and multivitamins during prevention and treatment of Colibacillosis (Escherichia Coli) disease in chicks.
