Colibacillosis E-coli (Escherichia Coli) in chicks and other poultry with prevention and treatment

In chicks, chicken & other poultry Colibacillosis is casued by infection with pathogenic of strain E-coli (Escherichia Coli). Escherichia coli bacterial creates in intestine. And it creates harmful bacteria in it, and as a result of it birds immune system 
becomes weak and chicks starts to do ill. Colibacillosis (Escherichia Coli) disease of poultry can be come in any age of yours chicken. If it comes in birds the mortality can be

high, if it not treated at right time.

Symptoms

1. Poultry or chicken looks unactive.
2. They starts to do yellowish dropping.
3.  In postmasterm you will see yours chicks

has a white or yellowish memarane on heart and liver.

Prevention

1. Provide them fresh clean water cause its major reason of Colibacillosis (Escherichia Coli) disease in poultry if yours water quality is very poor.
2. Give them good quality of feed.
3. Yours birds litter should be not be too dry and wet.
4. Prevent from over crowding of birds.
5. Treat the flies and rats in yours shed.

Treatment

There are a lot of medicine which are used to
treat Colibacillosis (Escherichia Coli) disease of chicken.  But i will discuss some of them which i used in my chicks. First of all you should need to keep your chicken management of high level, so that you can prevent  birds from the diseases. If there is a need of antibiotics, you should have to go with the herbals antibiotics, and if the condition becomes very critical, then you can use one from the following antibiotics.

1. Enrofloxacin.
2. Levofloxacin.

Note:- Use Liver tonic and multivitamins during prevention and treatment of Colibacillosis (Escherichia Coli) disease in chicks.
